Oriental Interest Berhad ("the Company") wishes to inform that its Directors have resolved to change the financial year end of the Company from 30 June to 31 August with immediate effect to coincide with the financial year end of its holding company. 

The next set of audited financial statements will be made up from 01 July 2019 to 31 August 2020 covering a period of fourteen (14) months. Thereafter, the financial year end of the Company shall end on 31 August.
