The Board of Directors of MRB hereby announces that the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has today notified the Company that Bursa Securities has via its letter dated 20 October 2015 informed the Company that after taking into consideration of the relevant facts and circumstances, Bursa Securities has resolved to reject the Company’s Application received by Bursa Securities on 29 September 2015.

The Board of Directors of MRB further announces that the Company is unable to release its Annual Audited Accounts (“AAA”) for the financial year ended 30 June 2015 by 30 October 2015 which is a period not exceeding four (4) months from the close of the financial year ended 30 June 2015 to Bursa Securities as required under Paragraph 9.23(2) of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“MMLR”) of Bursa Securities as the Company is currently a financial distress company pursuant to Practice Note 17 as well as a Default in Payment pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(A) of the MMLR of Bursa Securities is unable to obtain fund to meet its operational expenses. As a result, the audit of the Company's financial statements for the financial year ended 30 June 2015 could not commence as of to date.

Hence, the Company would also be unable to issue its Annual Report which includes the AAA in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2015 to Bursa Securities and shareholders within 5 months from the close of the financial year as required under Paragraph 9.23(1) of the MMLR of Bursa Securities.
