We refer to our announcement dated 18 June 2015. The Company wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has, vide its letter dated 26 June 2015, informed that pursuant to Paragraph 16.07(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Nomad will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 1 July 2015. This announcement is dated 29 June 2015
