Reference is made to the announcements dated 23 October 2017 and 25 October 2017 on the Proposed Disposal and Leaseback (“said Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the said Announcements.
The Board of Directors of HSCB wishes to announce that the Vendor and the Purchaser have on even date entered into a deed of rescission and revocation mutually agreeing to rescind the said SPA and the said Lease Agreement upon the terms and conditions contained therein due to the inability of the Purchaser to register the Transfer in its favour.
