Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the previous PN17 announcements.
We refer to the announcements dated 20 August 2018, 3 September 2018, 1 October, 2018, 1 November 2018 and 1 December 2018, 2 January 2019, 31 January 2019, 1 March 2019, 1 April 2019 and 2 May 2019 in relation to the Company being classified as an Affected Listed Issuer under PN17.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the Company is still in the midst of formulating its regularisation plan and there being no other major developments subsequent to its announcement dated 1 December 2018, the Company has approximately two (2) months to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval.
