Kindly be advised that IBHD’s 286,215,890 Rights Shares issued pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 14 October 2014.

Kindly also be advised that IBHD’s:-

(i) 57,243,178 Warrants issued pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants; and

    (ii) 602,600,000 ICULS issued pursuant to the partial settlement of the Soho Land Acquisition and the Tower Land Acquisition
      will be admitted to the Official List of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) and the listing and quotation of the Warrants and ICULS on the Main Market of Bursa Securities will be granted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 14 October 2014.

      The Stock Short Name, Stock Number and ISIN Code of the ICULS are “IBHD-LB”, “4251LB” and “MYL4251LBTA5” respectively.

      The Stock Short Name, Stock Number and ISIN Code of the Warrants are “IBHD-WA”, “4251WA” and “MYL4251WATA4” respectively.
