The Board of Directors of Quality Concrete Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders for the following Proposals at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be convened :-
Part A Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature
Part B Proposed Adoption of New Constitution of the Company
A Circular to Shareholders setting out the details of the aforesaid Proposals will be issued to the shareholders in due course.
