Mr. Lim Soo Koon will not seek re-election at the Company's 46th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") scheduled to be held on 13 December 2019. Hence, he will retire at the conclusion of the 46th AGM in accordance with Article 103 of the Company's Constitution.
Mr. Lim Soo Koon will also cease to be a member of the Risk Management Committee upon his retirement as the Managing Director at the 46th AGM.
