With reference to the Company’s announcement dated 7 May 2019, the Board of Directors of KJCFB wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has, vide its letter dated 13 May 2019, advised that pursuant to Paragraph 16.07(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, the entire issued share capital of KJCFB will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 16 May 2019.
