Further to the Company's announcement on 8 February 2018, regarding the abovementioned matter and on behalf of the Board of DIrectors' of the Company, we wish to inform that Zenne Appliances Sdn. Bhd. ("ZA"), a dormant subsidiary of KHIB has been fully wound up/dissolved in accordance with Section 459(5) of the Companies Act 2016 with effect from 23 April 2019.
