The Board of Directors of WZB wishes to announce that the Proposed Disposal has been completed on 12 November 2019.
Upon completion of the Proposed Disposal on 12 November 2019, Mey Paper Industries Sdn. Bhd. cease to be the a wholly-owned subsidiary of WZB.
