On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Company had on 3 May 2019 filed the petition to the High Court of Malaya at Penang (“High Court”) to obtain an order by the High Court confirming the reduction of share capital of the Company pursuant to Section 116 of the Act to give effect to the Proposed SCR.
