sounds dodgy...CSTME became major shareholder 2 days before the deal was announced then exited after the price was up so much...hopefully it is not a fake deal...
if refer to the announcement, it is 'proposed’ to acquire the glove company , and Bursa Malaysia posted alot questions to this (refer to 8 July notice )... btw all the while Anzo revenue per year is around 4m,. and it is going to spend 55m cash to acquire ?? looks like dodgy to me too
