In busyweekly last week, boss said estimated revenue for power plant is 500m this year with 60% net profit margin. That meant the Company will have at least 300m net profit solely from power plant for current year. Last year whole year net profit is 153m only. TNB and YTL power have PE 16-17. From my calculation, the company worth at least RM11 with forward PE16-17.
Next two quarter gonna blow our mind! Now definitely undervalued for long-term! RM10 is not dream, also hope that bonus issue will come along with mind blowing QR
Base on EPS now, Good Company PE is about 25, Fair Value will be rm12, coming next two quarter will be over 100M profit, as a value investor, buy now before too late, but i think friday will be shooting star ^^
