PP means company issue more shares and sell to investors through closed market for fund raising which will dilute the value of existing shares. But if the purpose of PP is to expand business like build new factory and buy new business, it’s a good news.
Now AT announces that fund raising is completed mean AT already have enough money for expansion and no need to continue the PP which mean our existing share value won’t be affected anymore. It’s totally a good news.
I suggest you all study more to understand about PP, it can be good or bad, but for AT is totally good, because PP is to build gloves factory and acquisition of Pearl Glove, not to pay debts.
