Has anyone try to connect the dots on what’s going on based on available informations? If not, perhaps it’s good to post the questions in next AGM? Fortune Tac (Yee Voon Hon) 44% + Luster 56% ownership forming GSB (Glovmaster Sdn. Bhd). GSB acquired Yoon Mee Realty’s property based on the recent announcement. Yee Voon Hon is a director in Yoon Mee, GSB and Fortune Tac. This is also mentioned in the announcement. But there are other companies that Yee Voon Hon is related to (as shareholder/director) and will there be any connections to Luster? Perhaps it’s better to observe the development and wait for the mgmt to start delivering tangible results first. A total of 4 private placements since end of 2019 to end of 2020. Just my opinions, could be wrong. Hope it helps.
