The new warehouse in Kapar has been completed and is awaiting its Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) from Majlis Perbandaran Klang. The Kapar warehouse will be in operation once CCC is obtained.

The Kapar warehouse will provide the Group with new storage capacity of approximately 3,000MT which will be shared by the various companies within our Group to store finished goods as well as raw materials. We intend to use the warehouse as our main distribution centre to facilitate import of products.

Currently, we have storage capacity of approximately 800MT in our own warehouse in Petaling Jaya and rent approximately 1,450MT of storage capacity from third parties. Once the Kapar warehouse is operational, we will progressively stop renting storage space from third parties and this will eventually lead to savings for the Group.
