Public share holding only 23% compared to required 25%. In 2021,eps over Rm1/ yet till now no dividend.!! Independent Valuer gives Rm 17/ share NTA if not mistaken. What is best action for minority share holders ?
If General Offer at 2.30, why letter not given to share holder. Also indpt advice not given to share holder ? Imagine your house valued at around 170 k , but offer to buy only at 23 k !! Properties in Australia. Johor, valued at Rm 17/ take over offer at 2.30 !!!
Already over 1 mth, no independent advice given to shareholders yet ? Many properties at v old Valuation, so revalued NTA should be used. Absurd and ridiculous to take over at a v low price of 2.30 when NTA is 5X over offer price.!!
