因为PA当时以4比1的比列配发，如果到时候转去母股，母股流通量变大，肯定会调整股价，到时候价格可能就没2块那么多了

当时发行的时候已经调整股价了，转换时不会再调整了。

I see some one say need discount 20% during maturity date for conversion..
Is it true? I thought is 1 to 1..

The 20% discount probably referring to dilution when they issue this ICPS at 1:5, which the dilution already happened, since it's irredeemable and convertible meaning all of the shares will be converted to mother share 4-5 yrs from inception.

from pass record, 1st was 28/4, 2nd was 21/10. i expect the 3rd to be paid out april 2022.

ady made payment last week, rate is 2.625% of RM1

如果公司准备上市sunway medical送股票，应该是拿不新股吧！
