Although 9.6m seems like nice profit, but 12.8m is from disposal of subsidiary in China. If minus out, still have a loss.

Sam, I agree with u this company is fundamentally strong. But if they don't try to expand their business or diversify into other sector, no point for me to buy a company that strong fundamental but no future. If continue to lose, it will slowly reduce the retained earning.
