Fundamental wise, I think KIP is better. It has lower gearing ratio compared with Amanahraya.

My family just stay beside Kip mart, now rebrand to KipMall. The tenure occupancy look almost 100% ,some more there’re stall renting carpark space for business .

kip is better than amanah since amanah do not have expansion plan. kip will buy more shopping mall. amanahraya is government link lousy management

ipoh kinta city is 100% occupied due to aeon is main tenant.location is good,but the brand inside the mall is so so.overall 95% shop rent out by aeon.
