KULIM: Plastic packaging provider SLP Resources Bhd plans to produce 18,000 tonnes of plastic packaging materials by year-end, compared with 17,000 tonnes in 2015.

Group managing director Kelvin Khaw (pic) told StarBiz that the 18,000 tonnes would be valued at RM154mil based on the average selling price of US$2,200 per tonne.

“We have delivered 8,200 tonnes with a market value of RM66mil to customers in the first half of 2016.
