JAVA以520萬脫售公司
（吉隆坡9日訊）JAVA（JAVA，2747，主要板工業）以520萬令吉，將全數Java種植私人有限公司股權，脫售給菲馬機構（FIMACOR，3107，主要板工業）。
雙方公司向馬證交所報備，JAVA與菲馬機構旗下FCB種植控股私人有限公司簽署買賣協議，將Java種植全數100萬股。
JAVA有意將通過上述股權脫售所獲得的資金，用作營運資本和支付其他賬款。
