KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Tan Say Jim, Iris Corp Bhd co-founder and group managing director, has resigned, making way for new group chief executive officer Shaiful Zahrin Subhan.

Choong Choo Hock, who took over as acting CEO in January after deputy group managing director and acting CEO Datuk Hamdan Mohd Hassan was investigated by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission, was yesterday redesignated as CEO of Iris trusted identification and information technology division.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the technology company said Tan retired effective immediately in conjunction with his mandatory retirement at age 60.
