KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 5): G Neptune Bhd (GNB) has triggered the criteria pursuant to Guidance Note No. 3 (“GN3”) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.

In a statement yesterday, Bursa Malaysia Securities said GNB had announced on Nov 30 that it is considered as a GN3 Company pursuant to Rule 2.1(a) and (b) of GN3.

“Bursa Securities would like to emphasise that it will continue to monitor the progress of GNB in respect of its compliance with the Listing Requirements,” it said.

The stock exchange regulator said that as at Dec 4, there are a total of 4 companies under GN3 which represent 0.44% of the total number of 903 companies listed on Bursa Securities.

Parlo Bhd, R&A Telecommunication Group Bhd, Wintoni Group Bhd and GNB.
