Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Holdings Bhd’s (MMHE) wholly-owned Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Sdn Bhd has bagged a frame work agreement from Petroliam Nasional Bhd (Petronas) for the provision of engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of fixed offshore structure works.
