D’Nonce names Tengku Badli as new chairman, appoints two directors

KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 11): D’Nonce Technology Bhd has named Tengku Ahmad Badli Shah Raja Hussin as its independent non-executive chairman, replacing Ang See Ming who resigned yesterday.

The company also announced to the stock exchange today, the appointments of Heah Jay King as the group’s executive director and Datuk Yeo Boon Leong as its non-executive director.

Tengku Badli, 49, is currently acting group CEO of state-owned Pelaburan Mara Bhd. He also holds directorships in PMB Tijari Bhd, as well as in ACE Market-listed companies Fintec Global Bhd and NetX Holdings Bhd.

Yeo, 52, is chairman with controlling stakes in public-listed Ta Win Holdings Bhd and Asia Poly Holdings Bhd.

Heah, 34, is an information technology specialist.

Yesterday, D’Nonce, which is in the midst of an investigative review, said Ang and CEO Kuah Choon Ching have resigned, citing other commitments as reason.

Ang had only been redesignated as chairman over a month ago, while Kuah took on the role as CEO in September 2018.
