PETALING JAYA: TDM Bhd has set up an executive committee and picked Amir Mohd Hafiz Amir Khalid as the company’s officer-in-charge (OIC).

The Terengganu state-owned plantation and healthcare company said the management changes followed the contract expiry of Datuk Mohamat Muda as the group CEO on Jan 31. He was appointed in early 2017.

   

“The exco is established by the board of directors of TDM as a medium between the board, board committees and the management with a primary function and duty to oversee and ensure all board decisions and instructions to the management are implemented smoothly and efficiently,” it said in a statement.
