LBI Capital proposes bonus issue
Shares in LBI closed 5.5 sen higher to 83.5 sen yesterday, giving it a market capitalisation of RM65.1mil.
PETALING JAYA: LBI Capital Bhd 
has proposed a bonus issue of one bonus share for every five existing shares of up to 16.43 million shares.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the firm said that each of the bonus shares come with three free warrants of up to 49.3 million detachable warrants.
“After due consideration, the board is of the view that the proposed bonus issue of shares with warrants is an appropriate avenue for the company to reward its shareholders whilst enhancing the company’s capital base,” it said.
