KUALA LUMPUR: Bina Darulaman Bhd 
’s (BDB) property development arm Kedah Holdings Sdn Bhd has launched a new phase at its Bandar Sejahtera housing project with a gross development value of RM32mil.
BDB, which is majority owned by the Kedah State Development Corporation, said in a statement that the development in Section 8, Bandar Pokok Sena, was expected to meet the housing demand of people living in the area and around Alor Setar.
A total of 70 double-storey terrace houses and 16 double-storey cluster houses would be developed, priced at between RM300,000 and RM460,000 each. The soft launch of the housing project was held in December last year where the targeted sales percentage was exceeded.
