PETALING JAYA: Boustead Heavy Industries Corp Bhd (BHIC) has appointed six new directors to its board.

Additionally, two directors – independent non-executive director Datuk Ishak Osman and non-independent non-executive director Datuk Azzat Kamaludin – will be departing BHIC to pursue other interests.

“BHIC expresses its gratitude to Ishak, who joined the group in 1998, and Azzat, who joined the group in 2005, for their years of dedicated service and thanks them for their wealth of experience and expertise, which were instrumental in driving BHIC forward.

“The group wishes Ishak and Azzat all the very best in their future endeavours,” said BHIC in a statement yesterday.
