KUALA LUMPUR : Cuscapi Bhd saw 42 million shares in the company, representing a 4.89% stake, traded in an off-market deal yesterday.

Bloomberg data showed that the 42 million shares changed hands for RM7.56 million (18 sen a share) at 12.14pm yesterday.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Cuscapi said that its shareholder Rose Vision Sdn Bhd sold 42 million shares in the company, thus ceasing to be a substantial shareholder.

According to the group’s annual report for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2018, Rose Vision is a vehicle of executive director Toe Teow Teck.

As of Jan 25, the group's largest shareholders were Ultimate Quality Success Sdn Bhd (14.63% stake), Transight Systems Sdn Bhd (7.54% stake) and Aura Fokus Sdn Bhd (4.42%).
