KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 2): Some 270 million shares of Impiana Hotels Bhd were transacted off-market today, representing 4.8% of the company.

According to Bloomberg data, the shareholding change was done in a single transaction at 2.5 sen, or a 16% discount to Impiana Hotels’ closing price of three sen today.

Parties involved in the transaction were not known at press time.

Impiana Hotels closed unchanged at three sen, with 3.55 million shares traded.

The group has a market capitalisation of RM167.86 million.
