柔佛珍4426万巴生买地
（吉隆坡12日）柔佛珍（JOHOTIN，7167，主板消费股）独资的Able Dairies接获意向书，将以4426万205令吉售价，收购巴生加埔一片土地。
该公司今日向交易所报备，卖家为Golden Valley Industries私人有限公司，而该土地属于永久地契，面积约达29英亩。
文告指出，预计能在1个月内达成条款，并签署正式买卖合约。
另外，子公司今日已支付88万5204令吉作为定金；这笔定金可退还。
闭市时，柔佛珍挂收1.79令吉，跌1仙或0.56%，成交量69万5500股。
