PETALING JAYA: The MPs aligned to sacked PKR deputy president Datuk Seri Azmin Ali, who defected from PKR, are waiting to be interviewed by Yang di-Pertuan Agong to state their support for Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
A media statement released Tuesday (Feb 25), signed by Azmin and 10 others, reiterated their support for Dr Mahathir as the prime minister for the full term.
"We have stated our stand in open and closed party meetings.
"Our actions (to leave the party) were based on the axis of the people's aspirations who want a stable government, strong unity and a focus on the efforts to repair and generate growth for a sustainable economy.
