Bhd (EIG) has extended its exclusive distributorship agreement with Dermalogica Inc.
The was done via the signing of an amendment to its distributorship agreement.In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said its unit EIG Dermal Wellness (M) Sdn Bhd had extended its exclusive distributorship agreement, through which it will continue to be the exclusive distributor for Dermalogica skin care products in six countries.
The extention is for a further 4½ until Dec 31,2024, with the option to extend or renew for a further period to be agreed between the parties prior to the end of the term.
