KUALA LUMPUR: Titijaya Group Sdn Bhd, a major shareholder in property developer Titijaya Land Bhd
, disposed of 39.65 million shares on Tuesday.
A filing with Bursa Malaysia on Wednesday that after the disposal of the 3.1% stake, Titijaya Group's stake was reduced to 696.66 million shares or 54.78%.
Titijaya Land is an urban lifestyle developer with most of its projects in the Klang Valley.
