PETALING JAYA: Snack manufacturer APOLLO FOOD HOLDINGS BHD
’s board of directors has recommended a single-tier first and final dividend of 20 sen a share for its financial year ended April 30,2020 (FY20), payable on Jan 12,2021.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the board had on June 29 recommended the dividend be put forward for shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming 26th AGM.
It said the ex-date for the dividend would be on Dec 10.
