UEM Sunrise launches first phase of well-received Senadi Hills

ISKANDAR PUTERI (July 9): UEM Sunrise launched Phase 1A of Senadi Hills in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, on July 4 after receiving an overwhelming response from its online preview that took place last month. 

The RM68 million Phase 1A comprises 112 units of garden homes and 70% was booked after the online preview. The built-up area ranges from 2,088 to 2,241 sq ft and the layout is four bedrooms with three bathrooms. The selling price starts from RM623,900 for an intermediate unit. 

"We are constantly staying ahead of the curve in anticipating our customers' changing needs, ensuring that a future-proof UEM Sunrise development can only appreciate in value and have a long shelf life," said chief operations officer (southern) Zamri Yusof in a press release. 

He added that the development caters to multi-generational families, with landscaped gardens at their doorstep. Residents of all ages can enjoy wheelchair-friendly and fresh green spaces in the residential eco-sanctuary. The 2.5km jogging track, children's playground, outdoor gym, mini tai chi area and plaza will provide respite for the whole family to unwind and reconnect with each other after the daily grind.

The 62-acre freehold Senadi Hills comprises a total of 398 residential units and 20 shopoffices. The gross development value is RM378 million. It is easily accessible from the Lebuh Kota Iskandar and Jalan Ismail Sultan (Iskandar Coastal Highway). 

Meanwhile, on July 27 UEM Sunrise will launch 20 units of two-storey shopoffice called Senadi Square featuring units with built-ups of 2,918 sq ft and starting from RM856,800.
