PETALING JAYA: GPA Holdings Bhd
will be leasing three blocks of three-storey offices in Klang to glove manufacturer PNE Glove Sdn Bhd at RM69,407 monthly for 10 years.
The automotive battery manufacturer said the lease agreement will start on March 1,2021 and has an option for PNE Glove to renew the lease for another two years at a monthly rental rate to be decided, when the 10-year lease has expired.
GPA Holdings said as the offices are not used, the lease allows the company to receive recurrent rental income.
