PETALING JAYA: Gabungan AQRS Bhd
has secured two construction jobs worth a combined RM83.6mil in Kuala Lumpur.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the construction and engineering service provider and niche lifestyle property developer said it had won a RM45.7mil job from Teringin Sentral Sdn Bhd to build a 97-unit SOHO (small office home office) block in Jalan Scott, Brickfields.
The contract will be executed over 30 months; however, Gabungan AQRS did not state the date of commencement.
