The Warrants will be quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities within two (2) market days after an application for the quotation of Warrants is submitted to Bursa Securities subsequent to the Bonus Issue of Shares exercise. The Warrants will be credited into the entitled shareholders’ central depository system account and a notice of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors prior to the listing of and quotation for the Warrants. Entitled shareholders are not required to take any action. This announcement is dated 6 November 2014. |
