| We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 20 August 2014, 4 September 2014, 25 September 2014, 26 September 2014, 15 October 2014 and the Circular dated 29 September 2014 in relation to the Bonus Issue (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Announcements. The listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") shall take place on 31 October 2014, being the next market day immediately following the Entitlement Date. Tricor Investor Services Sdn Bhd, the registrar of GHL, is expected to issue and despatch the notice of allotment to all the entitled shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of GHL as at the close of business on the Entitlement Date within four (4) market days after the date the Bonus Shares are listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
