The date of listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares is on 25 May 2009. Mega Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, the Registrar of Perisai, will issue and despatch notices of allotment to all entitled shareholders by 29 May 2009. This announcement is dated 8 May 2009. |
