The Abridged Prospectus together with the notice of provisional allotment and rights subscription form pursuant to the Rights Issue of ICPS with Warrants (collectively, the "Documents") will only be despatched to the shareholders of MNC whose names appear in MNC's Record of Depositors as at 5.00 p.m. on 7 August 2019 ("Entitled Shareholders") and who have a registered address in Malaysia or who have provided the Share Registrar, Securities Services (Holdings) Sdn Bhd, with a registered address in Malaysia in writing by 5.00 p.m. on 7 August 2019.
