Consequential to the Share Split, the number of outstanding Warrants C which are not exercised prior to the Books Closure Date will be adjusted in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll C.
Pursuant to the Adjustment, holders of Warrants C ("Warrant C Holders") whose names appear in the Record of Depositors for the Warrants C as at 5.00 p.m. on the Books Closure Date will be entitled to receive additional Warrants C ("Additional Warrants C") on the basis of 9 Additional Warrants C for every 10 existing Warrants C held.
Warrant C Holders who wish to be entitled to the Adjustment must exercise their Warrants C to subscribe for new Shares by lodging their duly completed exercise forms together with the relevant subscription monies with the Company's Share Registrar (at the address stated above) on or before 5.00 p.m. on 14 March 2018 such that their names will appear in the Record of Depositors for the Shares as at 5.00 p.m. on the Books Closure Date.
Fractional entitlements arising from the Adjustment, if any, shall be disregarded and/or dealt with by the Board of Directors of the Company in such manner at its absolute discretion as it may deem fit or expedient and in the best interest of the Company. The exact number of Additional Warrants C to be issued will depend on the number of outstanding Warrants C as at 5.00 p.m. on the Books Closure Date.
The Additional Warrants C will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 26 March 2018, being the next market day following the Books Closure Date.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Deed Poll C, the exercise price of the Warrants C will remain unchanged at RM0.05.
A notification to the Warrant C Holders setting out details of the Adjustment will be despatched to the Warrant C Holders in due course.
