| This announcement is made on behalf of Airocom Technology Berhad ("ATB"). The shareholders of ATB whose names appear on the Record of Depositors at the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on 4 May 2009 shall be entitled to the Share Exchange of 151,500,000 new PTB Shares on the basis of one (1) PTB Share for every one (1) ATB Share held. The trading of ATB Shares on the MESDAQ Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (" Bursa Securities") will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 27 April 2009, being three (3) clear market days prior to the Entitlement Date in order to facilitate the Share Exchange. The suspension will continue until the admission of Privasia Technology Berhad to the Official List of Bursa Securities in place of ATB and the listing of and quotation for the new PTB Shares on the MESDAQ Market of Bursa Securities.
