| The bonus issue entails the issuance of up to 209,000,000 new Frontken Shares on the basis of two (2) new Frontken Shares for every five (5) existing Frontken Shares held as at the time and date stated above ("Entitlement Date") (“Bonus Issue”). The Bonus Issue will be implemented concurrently with the transfer of the listing of and quotation for the entire enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of Frontken from the MESDAQ Market to the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The actual number of new Frontken Shares to be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue would depend on the issued and paid-up share capital of Frontken as at the Entitlement Date. The listing of and quotation for the new Frontken Shares to be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue shall take place on 18 November 2008, being the market day immediately following the Entitlement Date. Epsilon Registration Services Sdn Bhd, the Registrar of Frontken, will issue and despatch the notices of allotment to all entitled shareholders by 24 November 2008.
