Upon the completion of the Share Consolidation, the issued and paid-up share capital of XOX shall be RM16,600,000 comprising 166,000,000 ordinary shares of RM0.10 each ("Consolidated Shares").
The date of listing and quotation for the Consolidated Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad will be on 18 November 2015, being the next market day following the Entitlement Date. The Notice of Allotment will be despatched by 24 November 2015.
