We refer to the announcement dated 26 January 2018, 6, 13, 27, 28 February 2018 and 29 March 2018 in relation to the Bonus Issue ("Announcements").
Unless stated otherwise, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the Companys Announcements.
The date of listing and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities will be 23 April 2018, being the next market day following the Entitlement Date.
The Bonus Shares will be credited into entitled shareholders central depository system accounts and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders at the addresses set out in the Record of Depositors, within four (4) market days after the date of the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares. Entitled shareholders are not required to take any action.
